Bloom Yoga & Wellness and Sanctuary Massage & Skincare have moved to adjoining space in "The Hillside" building at 604 Seneca Street on the Oneida Healthcare campus.
Two experienced wellness professionals, Beth Sforza Yazell, of Bloom Yoga & Wellness, and Patty Kielbasinski, of Sanctuary Massage & Skincare, have joined forces to offer a unique range of services for Oneida-area residents. Their combined 48 years of experience relieving stress and pain and promoting wellness for hundreds of health-conscious individuals and their new adjoining facilities make this mutual endeavor a healthy asset for Oneida and the surrounding area.
Both yoga & massage have been clinically proven to reduce the negative effects of stress and tension. In this era of increasing health care costs & decreasing health care benefits, more and more people are taking charge of their own health and well-being by utilizing these preventive wellness modalities. Beth & Patty are proud to offer health conscious individuals many options for taking a proactive approach to their own wellness.

Bloom Yoga & Wellness:
Beth Sforza Yazell is the owner/operator of Bloom Yoga & Wellness. She has been a certified Kripalu yoga instructor since 1979 and has taught yoga continuously since then. In 2004, Beth earned her 500-hour designation, the highest level of training available to individual yoga instructors in the United States, as well as a second certification in Amrit Yoga. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1984 and holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration. Beth is a co-author of a study conducted at Syracuse University which examined the effect of yoga practice on people with asthma. This study has been accepted for publication in The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine.
With a passion for wellness, Beth strives to make yoga accessible to people of all ages, sizes, and levels of ability or experience. Prenatal yoga, gentle yoga, and mixed-level classes are offered. Beth is also a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner and wellness coach. These services are available by appointment. Beth believes yoga is a powerful catalyst for a healthy lifestyle. She works with physicians and other health professionals collaboratively, utilizing an integrative approach to educate and empower people in taking responsibility for their own health and wellness.
Sanctuary Massage & Skincare:
Patty Kielbasinski has been a licensed massage therapist and owner of Sanctuary Massage for fifteen years. Fourteen of those years were located at 232 Main St. Oneida, where she built her practice providing relaxation and specializing in trigger point pain relief for a lengthy list of ailments including fybromyalgia, tendinitis/carpal tunnel syndrome, migraines, back/hip pain, and plantar fascitis.
Along the way she achieved the master level in traditional Usui Reiki, teaching many students how to utilize this gentle energy therapy for themselves and others. In 2001 she became one of the first NAHA certified aromatherapists in the country, completing a 10 week course with Andrea Bujea of the Fingerlakes School of Massage who studied clinical aromatherapy in France & the UK. She became a NYS licensed aesthetician in 2007 and added skincare to her business name and services. Along with her results-oriented services, she now offers organic skincare products, aromatherapy products, and massage/bodycare products for sale as well.
